Private Sessions

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

I offer individual sessions for 60 or 90 minutes - we can use the space in my home or yours.


Whether you are a complete beginner or a long time practitioner, individualized yoga sessions are a great way for us to focus on your specific needs and goals. Perhaps you seek to increase flexibility and strength, or to develop more mind-body awareness - whatever your goal, private sessions are a pathway to discovering your best self.

One-on-one sessions will be useful to examine any boundaries or challenges you would like to work on. We will use all the tools yoga has to offer, including:

  • Asana (postures)

  • Pranayama (breath)

  • Meditation

  • Relaxing and rejuvenating restorative practice

  • Heat-building vinyasa flow

I provide specific adjustments and verbal cues that will help you better understand and enter each pose mindfully and safely.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

 

I also offer group sessions for small groups of friends or co-workers who seek a semi-private style with more individualized attention than is allowed by group classes.
