With demanding work and busy schedules running your employees' lives, physical activity can often take a backseat. Why not bring the activity to them?

Yoga has many physical and mental benefits, including:

  • Enhanced memory and concentration

  • Improved immune function

  • Reduced stress levels

  • Increased well-being

Yoga also addresses the three main causes of absenteeism and low productivity: back pain, stress, and fatigue.  Workplace yoga is an excellent way for employees to increase productivity, take a mental break, and reap immediate positive effects for their health. Group yoga sessions can also foster strong interpersonal connections and help with team building.

After improving both physical and mental health, employees return to work feeling less stressed and ready to tackle the most demanding tasks in a more calm, collaborative, and productive mindset.

My corporate yoga classes focus on three essential aspects of the practice of yoga to enhance focus:

  1. Asana (postures)

  2. Breathing techniques

  3. Mindful meditation


My classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels of yogis and yoginis in the office, so whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned practitioner of yoga, you will feel welcome.
